1. Who we are

2. Scope
These terms apply to purchases made by consumers in the NUANSE online store. By completing an order, you accept these terms, the Shipping Policy, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.
3. Products and prices
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT at the statutory rate in force. Shipping costs (€4.90 for Portugal, free from €59) are shown at checkout before payment. We do our best to ensure that the colours and measurements in the photographs match the actual product, but there may be slight differences from screen to screen.
Whenever we announce a price reduction, the reference price is the lowest price applied in the 30 days before the reduction. Discount codes have the conditions stated in each campaign and cannot be combined, unless stated otherwise.
4. Orders
An order is considered placed when you complete payment and receive the confirmation email. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you and refund the full amount within a maximum of 30 days, normally much sooner.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. NUANSE does not have access to your full card details.
6. Delivery
We ship to Portugal. The usual delivery time is 8 to 15 working days from payment confirmation. The remaining conditions are in the Shipping Policy.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 30 days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase, without having to give a reason, under Decree-Law No. 24/2014. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement by email to contacto@nuanse.online or use the withdrawal form in the Refund Policy. We refund all payments received, including the initial shipping costs for standard delivery, within a maximum of 14 days from your notification, and we may wait until we have received the items or proof of dispatch. The cost of the return is borne by you, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part. The details are in the Refund Policy.
8. Legal guarantee
Products have a legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery, under Decree-Law No. 84/2021. In the event of a lack of conformity, you are entitled to repair or replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract, as provided by law. Contact us at contacto@nuanse.online.
9. Complaints and alternative dispute resolution
You can submit a complaint in the Electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico), at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
In the event of a consumer dispute, you can turn to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body, under Law No. 144/2015, in particular the CNIACC, the National Consumer Dispute Information and Arbitration Centre (www.cniacc.pt), or the consumer dispute arbitration centre for your area of residence. The full list of ADR bodies is available on the Consumer Portal (Portal do Consumidor), at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
The European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was closed by the European Commission in July 2025 and is therefore no longer available.
10. Personal data
The processing of your personal data and the use of cookies are described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules that are more favourable in the country of your habitual residence.
