Where we deliver

This version of our shop delivers to the United Kingdom. We also deliver to Portugal and to other countries listed at checkout.

Delivery costs (United Kingdom)

Tracked delivery: £4.50 per order.
Free tracked delivery on orders from £50.

The total for your order, including delivery, always shows at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

We prepare your order in 1 to 3 working days. Tracked delivery to the UK usually takes 7 to 15 working days in total from payment confirmation. Pieces ship from our logistics partners' warehouses outside the UK, so an order with several pieces may arrive in more than one parcel.

As soon as your order ships, we email you the tracking number.

Delays

If your order doesn't arrive within the stated time, email us at contacto@nuanse.online and we'll follow the delivery with you. If it still isn't delivered within a reasonable extra period, you're entitled to cancel and receive a full refund, including delivery costs.

Delivery address

Please check your address before completing your order. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange a new delivery.

Damaged, incomplete or lost orders

Until your order is delivered, the risk of loss or damage is ours. If it arrives damaged, incomplete or doesn't arrive, email us as soon as possible, ideally with photos of the packaging and the pieces, and we'll resend or refund. This does not limit your right to cancel or your 3-year guarantee.
