How much is delivery?

£4.50 to the UK. Free on orders from £50. The final amount always shows at checkout, before you pay.

How long does it take to arrive?

Usually 7 to 15 working days in total, tracked. Pieces ship from our suppliers' warehouses, so an order with several pieces may arrive in more than one parcel. As soon as your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email.

Buy 2 and Buy 3: how does it work?

Buy 2 pieces and get 10% off, buy 3 or more and get 12% off. It applies automatically in your basket and you can mix different pieces.

How do I use my welcome credit?

Save the credit when it appears and use it on your first order, above the minimum shown with the offer. It is valid once per customer and does not combine with Buy 2 or Buy 3: in your basket we always apply the bigger discount.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it, without giving a reason. Please send pieces back unworn and in their packaging. All the details are in our Refund policy.

Who pays for the return?

Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong one.

When will I get my refund?

Within 14 days of you telling us about the return, to the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the pieces.

What if a piece is faulty?

Every piece has a 3-year guarantee. Email contacto@nuanse.online with photos and we'll repair, replace or refund it. In these cases, postage is on us.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna. The available methods always show at checkout.

Do you have a shop?
